@pakee64 oh and he was also a better boxer hence he BEAT Foreman when he was old and 32 and when Foreman was young and fresh at 24. oh and meant to say in that post that "the civil rights movement wasn't the pretty peaceful movement the whole world is told it was, through "I have a dream" it actually did involve some ugly but necessary protest and Ali represented that.

@pakee64 just so you know the civil rights movement wasn't exactly the pretty and peaceful movement that the whole world expected it would be. it involved some "ugly" but truthful protest. ali was a champion of this, by saying no to a war that we had no business being in in the first place, by his work with Malcom X, and by saying NO to millions and almost ending his entire career at the threat of jail. It's the reason the whole world knows his name and not Foreman's.
