  • @IsmoLaitela30e

4 months late but yes, it can either be powered by a 9v battery or a 9v DC adaptor

  • Hey NJReviiews that was cool. Thank you for the review of BEHRINGER TO800 in your video. We are looking forward to see more video from you.

  • do i have to have battery or power supply fo behringer pedals

  • I just watched this for the commentary, but nice pedal for the price though!

  • @dehorslescrouilles Those guys probably don't know how to use the pedal properly, or are using it with a 9 volt battery. It's best to use the NR100 with an AC adapter. A 9 volt battery adds some nasty overtones to the sound, sort of like a fuzz pedal, but not good if you want to use it with a pristine clean tone + several noisy modulation pedals for instance. As I've said on some forums, if one grabs a copy of the Boss NS-2 manual, that'll show you how to run the NR100 correctly.

  • @DrTaz : I thought NR100 was utter shit? All reviews I read said this pedal doesn't work at all and is useless.

  • I'm really amazed at how it nails the Ibanez Tube Screamer. The reviewer mentions the combination of overdrive AND clean signal when the gain is cranked. That gives boosted tones extra note definition, esp. in high gain setups. I use this pedal with a Boss MT-2 to create the classic boosted death metal tone a la Obituary (jcm800). I max the gain on both pedals, and max the level on the TO800. I then use Behringer's NR100 to reduce most of the noise. A tiny bit of noise goes through, but it works
