As much as I loooooove Meryl, I don't think you fully understand the whole situation here. It's not about who sings it better.

Reba did SO WELL on this. Sang the hell out of it. Really cool how strong she was right after the accident. I know Meryl's version was the original version, and it was very nice, but she just doesn't have the voice that Reba does.

I think a lot of people forget that reba sang this shortly after her band died in the plane crash. It took a lot of courage to sing this. Reba - you did a great job.
I don't think anyone could of sang it better.

It sounds too rushed , When Meryl sings it , you can feel what she is saying. Reba sounds great, but it is routine. I like Ms Streep's performance much more
