Its a cool drill but kidn of stupid to do this with a partner in my opinion. Once you get tired all it takes is one bad move to fall on your opppoent and break his back. Why dont you just use a bench for this?

we gotta do this in wrestling and we have to reach all the way under his stomach and grab his far side and do this its hard as fuck
