Converting .MOD Files to .MPG w/ 16:9 Resolution Change

My previous video showed how to change .MOD files to .MPG files, however I had a user request more information on changing the aspect ratio as well. Windows 7 Media Player opens the files properly, but Media Player in XP does not, and compresses them to 4:3. This video addresses that problem.

um yes i try to download the converter it says that the site is down please help? i edit my videos with adobe after effects cs3 i use a jvc everio gz mg365 and the after effects does not accept the .mod files i need to convert to mpeg thank you please help and reply
