  • Dear Police,

As a person, being where I have the legal right to be...

If you hit me with "less lethal" ammunition, be advised it is not "non-lethal" and is subject to my discretion of threat on one's life. That being of legal standing, if you fire upon me, I will be compelled to return fire as I see fit. AS IS MY RIGHT!!!

"Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary." Plummer v State This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the US.

  • Down with wall-street finance oligarchy!

  • @conspr33

Thank you for your response, your response says it all, exactly who you and your group are. Not American by any stretch of the imagination, Keep talking, you are the best proof of lowlyself.

  • @56rube The only thugs and violators are the corporations and politicians that give the orders to the police...My civic duty is to change this country not flee it fucker....

  • @NativeSunBear flaming bees, effective anti swat weapon

  • I think he is awake now

  • On top of it the police are much less collecting OVER-TIME pay for obviously using excessive force against un-armed, peaceful, demonstrators including this poor VETERAN! When police shoot tear gas into a crowd of demonstrators they cause mayhem and injury - end of story.

  • Its interesting how some of these people have posted that this movement has peacefully gathered. Not one protest has been peacefull and many now are being financed by organizations like the X acorn with moneys collected in cities telling people that it is for police officers and teachers to keep their jobs and using it to fund these protest. It is a complete sham. The governments of each town should wipe you off the streets.

  • It doesn't matter if he tripped on his shoe lace and hit his head on the sidewalk! The point is, the police WORK for THE CIVILIAN people of America! They WORK for us! They should NOT even BE THERE, until they are CALLED to HELP - NOT HURT. These good Americans are voicing their FIRST AMENDMENT right to assemble.

  • If you break the law you are going to get arrested and you might even get shot. It does not matter if you are an x president or an x vet, many x vets have broken the law and killed for doing so. This is the US of America, not france and it will never be. It is a great example how our police forces are keeping our streets safe from thugs and violators. You dont like the country go to france. Good for the cops.

  • I would say that is excessive force. And to see a fellow vet put down for excercising the freedoms he fought to defend injuried in such a way, is infuriating. And I don't even politically agree with these people. But they have the right to assembly and protest. Now the police look like gestapo and heavy handed idiots because leadership did not put decent rules of conduct on the ground for the police.
