I've just done the most recent becker update and haven't had the problem recently.
The update is definately worth doing as everything works much smoother and the voice destination entry seems to work 99% of the time.

hi reelair, yes - you can change the measurement units in the 'Settings' menu from the main page - see 38 seconds on the video.

It's a great system but on my model it appears to be completely random as to whether it calculates distances in miles or kilometres. Did you work out how to set it to calculate only in miles?
