Ukulele "Los Amigos"

I wrote and recorded this tune at home, thought I would put a quick video together for fun. The tune has some hiccups here and there!

beautiful, I didn't think uke's could sound this good. I planning on getting the Oscar Schmidt OU2 as my first uke and hopefully I could play something even half as good as this someday.

Curious what kind of mic, software and effects did you use to record this piece?

Hi Tony!

I record using an Alesis system conected to my PC. I have two steroe condenser mics attached and record in stereo. I added just a hair of reverb for effect...I tried not to over power the natural sound of the uke. I also replaced my string with the aquila nylagut, I would highly recommend doing that out of the box.

Yes this is the OU2, its the mickey mouse club edition. They just screen printed the graphics over the standard OU2 no changes to the wood. I added the Aquila nylagut strings.
