@MrAnonlmous What do you mean "the only way is by IP"? Every modern piece of software that needs to uniquely identify an individual machine does so through multiple fingerprinting methods, since IP addresses are dynamic by nature. Steam and VAC can be updated to do this, if they haven't done so already (they probably have due to Steam Guard support). There's no technological barrier here.

@tapo It's not that simple... the only way is by IP. Even then, hackers would just get new ones and make more accounts...
