This special is due to air towards the end of 2009. This trailer aired at the end of "Planet of the Dead" on 11th April 2009. Looks quite exciting! :)

Some people have stated that the trailer is missing a few seconds from the end. This is semi-correct - the next frame after the last one in this video is the BBC Wales logo. I could have edited this to include an extra second of audio so that it doesn't seem to end abruptly, but frankly it didn't seem worth the extra trouble! Enjoy, anyway. :)

  • y did the dalek spare her life?

  • It explained so in the episode. Essentially, the Dalek knew it couldn't "change" the fixed point in time where she "dies" in 2059 so it didn't even try.

  • I love this episode.. I just hated the part where he acted so dark and evil

  • my friends and I always say "water always wins" whenever we go swimming now :)

  • This episode was amazing. Just amazing

  • @DMT94666 2009, sorry!

  • the best special, Planet of the Dead: Had a good idea how the doctor gets stuck on a planet but it was done really badly thanks to Mr RTD, Waters of Mars: Good story, original, chilling, satisfying and classic Doctor who style! End of Time, part 1: Rushed, doesn't give you enough time to believe it. EoT, part 2: Nothing much happens until like 40 minutes in, The best part were the goodbyes and the doctor finally getting cuts, scars and blood on his face, didn't feel like 10's last

  • @MrDan2593 yeah they actually aren't returning!

  • what year was this on tv ?

  • Fun fact: The only reason the Dalek is in this episode is because if the Daleks don't appear every single year- The BBC looses the rights to them and has to pay HUGE amounts of money to get them back.

That's why they're in every series.

This year they're not supposed to appear in any episode- but they probably will have a little bit like a flashback or something.

  • Thumbs up if this episode made you think about going to the bathroom.
