Man, there is nothing wrong with shamanism. Research has shown that it's not harmful. What the heck is wrong with calling upon the spirit gods Dúd and Wôhmàn ever weekend?
And the idea that shamanism can lead to the bigger stuff, like Juju or Hocus Pocus is based on fear and faulty evidence. My cousin is into practicing shamanism, and tried Hocus Pocus ONCE. He turned a friend into a newt (he got better) and swore to never do it again.
