I'd love to lock up all 61 Tory MLA's in the Legislature and feed them this menu. I wonder how long they would tolerate it for themselves. I'd serve it to them for free! I wonder which scum-sucking conservative(s) is(are) benefitting from ripping off seniors in Alberta.

Perhaps too many Politicians simply never loved their own Mothers. Why then would they care for the Mothers of others. The way Alberta Politicians care for seniors is a criminal matter.

This like all visual media this meant to get you to think a certain way. The food is probably not great but is probably nutritionaly suficient for related health conditions (low salt, low fat and no sugar). Should have had a dietician evaluate the food instead of a restauraunt food critic. There is more to this story that is not shown here.

What a shame. The only way you can stop this kind of thing is to make it an election issue - that seems to be the only time politicians will listen.

I agree, all MLA's and anyone in management for AHS should have to have nothing to eat but the food that is served to seniors for the full 21 days and they should be charged to eat it. It will never happen though as long as they are making the decisions and sitting in their comfy offices deciding how other people should live. I worked in a long term facility years ago in Ontario and thought then that the food was disgusting, it was gourmet in comparison to the food shown in this video.
