I didn't really interpret the interview as her saying she wanted an "open marriage," per se. What I heard was her saying that if infidelity occurred, it wouldn't be a "deal breaker" for the marriage. A lot of couples back-in-the-day just didn't split up over cheating. Sounds like, to me, she's modeling the old-school way in her marriage. Whether that way is right or wrong is up to individual married couples.

LOL! She says she's okay with her husband sleeping with other women. Did anybody tell her dude can go out, get an std and bring it back to their bedroom. Or better yet, if he gets a woman pregnant she can go after both MoNique & her husband for child support (which she will).

It won't be a surprise if she has or had a STD. Open marriage really? Thats a contradiction. Marriage is a committment among two people. I really think Mo'Nique has low self esteem. If he really love her he would tell her that this whole open marriage idea is a joke but nope he just enjoying having sex with who ever he want and using her as a bank.

reason why you should get divorce: #1 any type of abuse. #2 cheating? when you marry you say a vow tht say till death do us part. Yes everyone has the potential 2 cheat & some do cheat but i thnk wht really does count is wht we do after u cheat. i thnk if u admit your wrong and stop the cheat then you should hold tht last line of the vow "till death do us part" but if still bein a cheat and lying about it and not changing then you should kick he/she 2 the curve and get the divorce papers.
