The first time I tried tiramisu it was amazing!

It was love at first taste. lol

I was wondering if you can try something with chocolate mousse and rice crispy treats, since I love both.

@EmaJazmine Snap... love them both too! We have 3 great chocolate mousse recipes in our Rookie cookbook - perhaps try those? As for the crispy cakes... good idea! Think I'll do a SORTED twist on those soon... maybe for halloween!?!

Could you use Frangelica as the alcohol? It's a hazelnut liquor that is frequently put into coffee for dessert and it's delicious!

Hey, I was just wondering...

Is it just an Italian thing to believe that "your tiramisù is always the best"? Every single person here in Italy makes it differently and every time I see a "twist" I just cringe! Why is that? Am I not open enough to different ways of making it? Oh...will I ever overcome this great fear?
