Well, you required a Wacom for it. For software flash is good one. And this one can EASILY be made with flash, except for the rotoscoping part. Which requires experience and skill. Well done!!

that was for shool, so many others works in same time, but i think that shoul take average 1-2 month intensively (sry for my english)
