I agree. However, I do feel that the world right now, especially the Western World is way too politically correct. You can't even give a girl a compliment at work anymore without being accused of sexual harassment, even if the comment has no sexual meaning whatsoever. A friend of mine complimented a girl at work on her hair and she tried to accuse him of hitting on her. 1. The guy was gay, so I doubt it was sexual 2. Complimenting a new hairstyle is not exactly sexual.

if you dont feel the confederate flag represents hate, and instead southern pride, what about "White Power"? I'm not syaing i hate black people but i feel pride in being white. of course if i were to wear a white power shirt i'd get jumped

Degenerate13-You did bring up a very valid counter argument but keep in mind that not everyone represent certain icons the same way. At the store I worked at, a guy had white power "tated" on his eyes, and he wasn't racist at all but everyone thought he was. Now I'm in no way, shape, or form defending ignorance but you have to understand that (mostly) white supremesis yell "White power" so you can kind of understand the double standard.

my freshmen year I was suspended for having "white pride" on my back pack but a kid in that same class had a "black power" shirt on and when I brought it up they told me "it's not racist because he's black not white" now someone tell me how that can be fair?

Racism is a term several times missused for cultural issues. In Veracruz, Mexico, you can call a black man Negro and he don´t give a damn about it, ´cause is not generally used as a racist term and the black population in that part of the world doesn't care about meaningly things. Not wanting to kill animals dont make you gay, killing an animal without nedd of food or any supplies from it but just for fun, IS DAMN GAY
