@madalfred87 A fictional character only in the sense that this film portrays a physical kidnapping and not that of technological kidnapping of being turned into a spy being passed around for information gathering and no one but hackers have control of the airing of your pleas for help. If you physically go to an official office they deny you and then turn on their eyes while hackers blind these overpaid investigator's perceptions. Not hard to feed them a line of BS which is their steady diet.

@Ognomik Home Alone connects to the definition of "Home Alone" film. Where the ability to reroute a phone call is shown. A person in this situation could call the police and the phone could be rerouted. Also in this film "Taken" it shows the rerouting of telephone calls. When you have hackers that use broadband they can alter your telephone calls and even pretend to be officials. "No one else is here" the ability to monitor a person's movement after hacking into satellite.
