@phillosopherp I am not wrong the dev is Neocore, who are an Hungarian developer, paradox is just their publisher.

In house game of Paradox Interactive are Europa Universalis, Heart of Iron, EU: Rome, Victoria, Crusader Kings for the mother studio in Stockholm and AGEOD game (Rise of Prussia for example) from Paradox France (AGEOD, which Paradox bought in 2009, whose CEO was the creator of Europa Universalis at the moment of the acquisition)
