R.I.P. Phoebe. She and her daughter Valerie are now together forever.
On July 17, 2008, the amazing Phoebe Snow gave a free lunchtime concert at MetroTech Center in Brooklyn, NY. She wrote this song for her daughter, Valerie Rose Laub, who died on March 18, 2007 at the age of 31.
Heartbreaking. How ironic, initially, Phoebe wrote this song for her Mother Lilly that had passed away. And now she sings this song for her beloved daughter, Valerie Rose who had passed away in 2007. This will bring tears to anyone's eyes. Well all three a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. RIP you wonderful ANGELS!!!!!!!

OMG, what a beautiful song...I am surprise that she was able to sing this song being it was dedicated to her daughter, and so personal...The tears are rolling...Phoebe, may you be around our heavenly Father's throne singing praises unto him...May Valerie be comforted by her momma's loving arms once again...You are so going to be missed...
