This is Arthur Brown in the 1968 film The Committee performing Nightmare. I have formerly mistaken him for Syd Barrett from Pink Floyd since they also contributed with several pieces to the movie's soundtrack.
It's not even Pink Floyd performing the music. It's the band called Crazy World Of Arthur Brown with Carl Palmer on drums. There's absolutely NO FLOYD INVOLVED. AT ALL.
Yeah, nothing Floyd did for this movie had lyrics. Just a lot of odd instrumentals, including a version of "Eugene", and what sounds like an upbeat version of "Celestial Voices".
Pink Floyd did record the score for the film, but this is actually Arthur Brown performing Nightmare from his first album The Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
For god sake man it's Arthur Brown! Not the Floyd!!!!!!! Blasphemy....
