@spacefreely I'm sure you are being humorously facetious... O & I T W were together twice that (3 months) I saw them perform many gigs in that time! Vassar had numerous studio gigs that were already booked and the GD Touring Juggernaut could also not be denied... I rapped with Garcia, Kahn and Vassar after a gig @ Keystone P.A. and they wanted to keep going but just decided to enjoy it while they could.

Old and in the way were together for about a month and a half. Such an awesome lineup of very talented musicians. Took bluegrass to a whole new level. Jerry Garcia is like hot buttered lightning on the banjo.
