well this is regarding certain dialects used in the movie, by the police inspector against divya dutta(who plays role of a sweeper).

In a scene, the inspector calls her "bhangan", meaning sweeper class of society..

but there are just couple of such instances.. the protesters need a little spark to fire up unnecessarily..
