My older cockatiel used to dance before she passed away. I posted a video link. She used to move side to side while swinging her head to the music. She was adorable.

I love cockatiels. I had two(Rudolph and Sebastian). They were the only tame birds in the house. One would come and put his head up against your hand wanting to be rubbed. Once you started, you can't stop til he gets tired. If you stopped before that he'd put his head up against your hand again and turn his head almost upside down til you started again. he danced too like your bird. I miss them. they both flew away one week apart.
