Salsa Dance Lesson : The Submarine Move

Well, this is a funny one I think. The name of this salsa dance pattern was given by our videographer because every time I taught the salsa dance move, I would make a 'boop' sound similar to that one on the radars in submarines.

I usually use this salsa dance move to give me more time to think what salsa dance move I will be doing next. Good to have it in the 'salsa dance arsenal' of moves.

Yes, as already commented (2 years ago) it is a bit confusing that you change the mans moves when you do the mans turn. All are like 1:30 and 2:19, but the one at 2:03 is different - you turn all the way round. How about reshooting this video?

Reshooting the video is a good possibility. However, we think providing you with more new moves may be better. I'm sure everyone will figure out the move in the long run even with our mishap. ;-)

@windmillhills i just started salsa 2 months ago... once i learned the basic of what is happening here, I used all the moves. just try one and stick with it, then try mixing it up... it's very effective for variety
