You can't build houses on a property without holding the deeds to all properties of the same color!!! And you have to develop evenly. You can't just plop hotels down without having so much as a house on the others... Grrr... I'm so mad! ;-D

Oh yes, this definitely was released. I uncovered this game in a box in the basement, it was fun to play before i built my own version of the game.

Westwood..old school company. Make me imagine about Dune, Command & Conquer, exp. Covert ops and Red alert. Track 'Act on instinct' is still rox!
