@Imaginication He wiped Donnas memory because she would've died, he dropped Rose off because the universes would've collapsed into eachother, Astrid died, his daughter died, Jack went back to his team, and Martha left. He knows he's no good alone but he thinks it keeps people safer.

@Smallvillenerd So you DONT like Doctor Who then?

Oh my god those Flood monsters. I swear I couldnt sleep. I have such an overactive imagination. I thought those pesky things went away by teen years. Well not for me, still alive and kickin' at 15 years old. Hide me.

Russel T Davies did an awesome job with this...In fact I really hate it that people always try to put him down these days. He created a great legacy and sure Moffat is a great replacement, but they're both great story tellers.

ARGH! This is killing me! I need to see this episode so badly, and I can't find it anywhere!

The Doctor in a rage like this is great. Two seasons and we are yet to see it from Matt Smith. Unless the Christmas special had an element of it, which hasn't been shown here in NZ yet.

I think it needs to be emphasized that the doctor dismissed his campanions, he was'nt abandoned. He wiped donna's memory, Put rose and his second self in an alternate universe and dropped everyone else off in thier appropriate timezones. Ultimately he isolates himself and pays the consequences because he finds it difficult to admit he's no good alone.
David Tennant quoting Dylan Thomas; is there anything more splendid in the whole world?
TWOM is a truly wonderful performance by DT. The Doctor in such a towering rage scares the crap out if me, never mind Flood monsters...
