THIS IS A REAL T9 - Re:Fastap Speed Test

I agree that LG's "fastap" doesn't appear to be so fast.
However, I'm very dissapointed in your T9 speed... I'm not the fastest texter that I know, but that I typed out your message in just over 10 seconds on the first try. In consecutive tries I got it down to 9, but since you posted your first attempt, I will do so as well.
Just to make things interesting, I did it on my phone of choice- a Tmobile SDA, which is known for having one of the most cramped keypads out there.

I'm sure others can type faster than me... oh, and by the way, I've found that QWERTY thumb keypads are SLOWER, at least for me! How's that for irony!

Besides, the point of the video was that T9 isn't as slow as some may think. Everyone knows the sda is hard to type with.

I think you guys are all missing the point of this video... Its trying to show that T9 is a perfectly acceptable form of text input, as opposed to having a full blackberry-style QWERTY phone.

Many people with qwerty type about the same speed as this. NO WHERE DOES THIS CLAIM TO BE THE FASTEST TEXT MESSAGING POSSIBLE. In fact, the description says "I'm sure others can type faster than me". This is fast for a small Keyboard, and is supposed show how an average T9 text entry works.

For me I don't care weather it's a full QWERTY for a Keypad, as long as it's not a bloody touchscreen keyboard, ugh!
