Guitar Hero, 8 year old kid plays I Love Rock n Roll on Hard

my 8 year old son rocks out on Guitar Hero. In this video he plays I lock Rock n Roll on hard, pretty amazing for a kid born 11 weeks early who we worried might not even make it. No developmental delays for this kid!

It's fake, because one, I have played Guitar Hero before. All three of them. I know for a fact, that if it's on hard, you use ALL buttons, the orange button is never touched. And two, Guitar Hero is just a piece of plastic with no talent.

A real Guitar hero is a person who plays with a real electric guitar and not with a stupid plastic guitar. I think about a little boy (he's only 6) and a girl (She's 10) and they can play with a real electric guitar. It's so amazing !!!

As for it being just "a silly game", interest in music in schools has increased greatly since it's release. It's become a gateway for many kids into playing actual music. Rather then criticizing Red octane and it's fans, you should be thanking red octane for inspiring kids to get into music. The knock on most video games is that they take kids away from other "more healthy pursuits" and here's one that does the opposite.

I been playing real guitar since I was about his age. You should really get him some lessons. Thats the easier song in the game, but, he has the quickness down.. so he may do pretty well.

It's so much more productive to play the real thing.

you are pretty harsh to that guy...but i have to ask you one question: why are you proud of your son being good at computer games? i mean its your kid and you surely love him, but wouldnt it be better to let him do some sports or play the real guitar instead of filming him playing various computer games beginning at the age of 4? no offense, please don't misunderstand me...
