I started the P90X in March 2010 at 220.5 pounds and 31.5% body fat. After 90 days of HARD work and resolve, I finished the program at 185.0 pounds and 11.0% body fat. This video tells my story of those 90 days! Thanks for watching, God bless and I hope you enjoy the vid.

  • great work man

  • @margoandesto Thanks! :)

  • Should a 15 year old be doing this?:P

  • @bestever41 I'd say "yes" - 15 y/o's can play organized, contact football, so I don't see a problem with it. Ask your folks :)

  • Are Nutrition supplements really necessary? Will you not get any good results after 3 months just following the diet and the training?

  • @MrNilzaa Necessary? I'd say "no." Any effort you make to exercise, with or without supplements, will benefit your health! But, supplements will help enhance and expedite your results, and that's the truth :)

  • @TankScott13 stick with it all the way though and you'll be shocked by what you look like by the end! :)

  • @justSmileSean haha no, that would be suicide. You do one dvd per day, for 13 weeks - check it out xcellentfitness . com

  • @emiliopenazepedak Um, I dunno, haha. Presently, my shoulders are 47" and my waist is 31"

  • @JayJackson25 Thank you much for saying so :)

  • @Angielyrica you need a pullup bar or place to do pullups, exercise bands or a set of dumbbells and I'd recommend a Yoga mat

  • @Amil5353 Um, you're shortchanging your results and dealing with unnecessary muscle soreness if you're not taking some type of recovery or post-workout drink

  • @MrSaint3 Thanks! :)
