@Angielyrica you need a pullup bar or place to do pullups, exercise bands or a set of dumbbells and I'd recommend a Yoga mat

@Amil5353 Um, you're shortchanging your results and dealing with unnecessary muscle soreness if you're not taking some type of recovery or post-workout drink

@bestever41 I'd say "yes" - 15 y/o's can play organized, contact football, so I don't see a problem with it. Ask your folks :)

Are Nutrition supplements really necessary? Will you not get any good results after 3 months just following the diet and the training?

@MrNilzaa Necessary? I'd say "no." Any effort you make to exercise, with or without supplements, will benefit your health! But, supplements will help enhance and expedite your results, and that's the truth :)
