Clinton made legislative regulation changed to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in 1999. Those changes forced banks to make risky loans to people they knew could never pay it off. Here it is 9 years, the economy crashes, right between the 8-10 year economic period they taught us about in college. Ask any economist and they'll tell you its true. Educate yourself, please!
