On Feb 20, 2009, I happened to be at MIT Institute of Design, Loni (now called Rajbaug), Pune. Not long ago this sprawling property of abut 120 acres, belonged to India's most beloved film maker, Late Raj Kapoor. It was this farm where most of 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' was shot, including the fabled flood scene. I had come here during the shooting of a documentary by Siddharth Kak, on the legendar film maker. We shot the scenes where Raj Kapoor speaks to the farmers (in Marathi, if you please) and walks around showing us the river and the temple...
Main bungalow and parts of it are being preserved as his legacy. Another large structure is coming up along side, as a memorial which includes the 'Samadhi' of Raj Saab.

@chaitu1166 I think i replied to you; but may be thro' the mail part of youtube. Crux of the matter is that I am a documentary person and I never say/write anything unless it is checked properly. I was in that place at Loni and I saw the name written this way. Hope you are doing well. Thanks a lot for visiting.
