Yes your right but no your wrong. Europe is a wannabe muslim continent that is Eurabia. The mass abounts of muslim immigrants are out of control and the birth rate for muslims is 8 to 1. Oh you most certainly can. You can say "Be neutral like Turkmenistan" if you want, but people would probably be pretty confused.
Google "neutral like Sweden" and almost all of the first couple pages are about Alba's comment. "neutral like Switzerland" produces a much wider range of articles.

You guys that claims that Sweden is not neutral should pick up a book for the first time in your life. Or maybe start by looking it up on Wiki: "Sweden has not fought a war since ending its involvement in the Napoleonic Wars in 1814 with a short war with Norway, making it the oldest neutral country in the world." I would love if Amarican dumb ass Bill O'reilly would pick up a book as well, but then he wouldn't qualify as an employee on FOX.
