@SarahAndPals Typically for Noel Gallagher, he also robbed from another of their songs, the intro from 'Dry the Rain' for 'Go Let it Out'.Play 'em back to back, they're identical. The Beta Band considered sueing him but didn't, according to NME back in the day. Shit, I would've done!

Oasis sampled this song thats all, a lot of bands do it. Dr Dre for example has sampled over 400 songs, Eminem 218 songs, Oasis have sampled just 11. Loads & loads of bands do it and mostly your unaware of it. Oasis are gay? Probably the least gay band there ever was.

@SarahAndPals I never noticed that before !! But god damn, you're right. I do know that Noel was a big fan of The Beta Band, but I can't stand Oasis too, so had never paid much attention to thier song before. Its blatant now !! I saw the Beta Band play 4 or 5 times. Amazing on record....absolutely UNBEFUCKINLEIVABLE live ; )

this gay band called oasis ripped off this song. their version of inner meet me is called go let it out. they stole the guitar riff. the Beta Band is infinity times better then oasis will ever be!!!!!!

Not only my favourite Beta Band moment, but my favourite song of all time. This band kicked ass big time. I was fortunate enough to see them 8 times, and each time i cherish. Long live the Betas.
