Gameplay of Daytona USA released in 1994 for the arcades. It was the first game released for the Sega Model 2 hardware. Considered one of the most succesful arcades games, in Daytona USA, you're racing a stock car named "Hornet", and try to achieve as high position in the race as possible.

Daytona USA was later ported to Sega Saturn, and later for the Dreamcast. Also, a competition held by Sega hinted that Daytona USA is getting a remake / port / whatever for PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.

The game is running at 60fps. The video is supposed to be 30fps but it seems a lot slower for some reason.

  • What emulator are you using? It doesn't work right on MAME.
