  • I am proud to say that I do this everyday. I have a business named Healing Hearts Animal Therapy. It is so rewarding. I hope I never stop.

  • im getting my dog involved in pet therapy :)

  • We had a Rottweiler who trained and passed as a therapy dog :) all her life she helped kids. Our new one is currently a pup but is being trained :F

  • ...I'd love to have a Golden Retriever and whatever kind of cat has the best temperament (I've heard Maine Coons are good family cats and a very gentle tempered neighbor cat, I think, was one). I'm a lifetime cat lover, but GR's are right up there with them. And my heart tremendously goes out to animals in the first place (I've also fallen in love with kangaroos... another long story) so I'm really wondering what I can do with animals, paid OR volunteer).

  • Oh my gosh, that totally brings tears to my eyes! I'm a college student with a Theatre major and hoping to act on film. However, I know I need a plan B and I've been uncertain of what that should be. I'm raising butterflies since I got a combo bfly/ldybug hab. set for Christmas and now my 5 already emerged bflys are accompanied by 3 caterpillars and more bflys and ldybgs are on the way! I started wondering if this could lead to a similar career and then I started thinking about animal therapy!!

  • This is amazing- the most important thing that they give is unconditional love , we live in a very wounded world - thank God there are dogs in it to help us learn to be more human

  • This is my dream.....this is why I want to get a dog one day. It will be hard though cause I can't even handle this video...I start to cry so bad.

  • Janelle's face just lights up when she is with the pug! Magical!

  • Such a touching video. :) I have a 3 month old puppy and I'm hoping to get him into therapy dog work when he gets a little older.
