But this ad was hilarious and made its point.

CAUSE - indeed. one disease, one cause. Etiology. All the diseases claimed by anti-smokers to be solely CAUSED by smoking, are in fact CAUSED by multi-factorial 'variables'. Variables that do not affect everyone. Not one factor - many factors. Fact is, not one single death certificate since those were begun to be written up, has ever stated the person's death was CAUSED by smoking, because they cannot state that, because they cannot prove it.
