I don't know if you've said this because my internet kinda messed up and the video stopped and wouldn't reload. But anyway, what I want to say is to tell the person you trust the most in the world. Whether it's your mom or a friend. I had a traumatizing experience that I felt guilty about not telling anyone and I told my best friend. I told her, everything and literally burst into tears. She totally understands and accepts me but I still haven't told anything to my family.

I understand everything you just spoke..i had a very difficult child hood..i was emotionly abuse by my siblings and things i rather not discuss i went threw with my parents and so forth..becus of it i had to switch out of my own body to cope with all the trama..being someone im not...my parents kept sending me away to foster homes, hospitals and dys..to hide my issues to make me look like i was crzy and unstable..now that im older im understanding things..thanks for sharing your advise
