Thanks dutchgoing. Glad that you hated it. Please remember that there are lots more pieces of music to hate on my YouTube channel! Also try Roy Budd's channel which faithfully reproduces his music without interpretation. Nice one mate!

@macdaddy4591 Sorry, I think I may have confused people on the dates involved. I recorded my version in June 1999 but you're quite correct. The original did come out in 1971 and still sounds perfect. Nice one.

Original movie is kick ass and theme song is epic. So fuck the remixes!!!!

@marchrabbit85 Agree with you there mate. Can't stand remixes of classic titles when the original version will do quite nicely. Some people just don't get it and I wish they would leave the original version alone.
Big Roy Budd fan.

Bloody amazing. What gear/software do you use man?

@RogueRotting360 Blimey! Thanks mate. Er... about 95% of the track was made on the Roland MC 505 just looped. ALL the other sounds were from the MC 505's internal sounds played from my old D50 midi'd to it. The samples are from the soundtrack CD and BBC Transport Sound Effects CD. Hell, I've just realised how little equipment I used on it. Fair's fair though, I recorded it on a VS2480 which meant I could overlay the stuff with pads etc but it's all from the 505. Software? I wish!!! Thanks again.

@vikingfin Thank you very much. I really appreciate your comments especially as this is the only way that I can publish my music. It's nice that someone like yourself heard it amongst the billions of random videos in the world and enjoyed it. Cheers pal!
