You guys are all fucking retards. 16 minute haircuts are AVERAGE if any of you ever went to fuckin school to learn that. And considering about 70%-80% of the clientele at great clips are men it's not too hard to get an average of 16 minute haircuts so when the women do come in with alot of hair that need extra time we give it to them, not rush it to be done in 16 minutes. how stupid are all you people??

Its true, if your haircut times are off you get in trouble. When I worked there it was 15 minutes/client maximum. And we charged $3 to shampoo as well. Nazi's they were.

Yeah...and I LOVE Great Clips. I think that the one that I go to is AWSOME and The manager and old manager are AWSOME! They ALWAYS do a GREAT job to my hair. I don't know which one you worked at and had a problem with but the one in Melbourne FL is great. You should go there one day. Check it out.

I am sorry that your experience as an employee was not a good one. I have 27 yrs exp./ 8 years w/GC most managing. ALL franchise salons have guidelines, just some stylists are NOT comfortable in them. Also from your posts seems to be more of mgmt. issue you have than a corporate one. Again, I am sorry for what happened to you and wish you much luck in the future.
