I'd like to think our paths crossed in Honolulu or Norfolk and dream that some of his artistry rubbed off on me. Aloha, John. I know you're inspiring angels everywhere.

What a gifted musician, rest in peace.

What song was he playing? I'm trying to learn it.
This guys was amazing. It's a shame I found him so late.

Unbelievable....he was my classical guitar instructor when I attended Eckerd College in the 1980's. He decided to move our sessions to his house because it was so close to the college anyway, and I remember him talking about Hawaii and his love for Hawaiian culture.......he even made me pick out a Hawaiian shirt as a gift from his vast collection. Great guy.....R.I.P.
