*I-80 MORRIS,IL* SEMI TRUCK CUT IN HALF MULTI-SEMI ACCIDENT

4 SEMI TRUCKS COLLIDE WHILE TRAFFIC WAS STOPPED IN THE E/B LANES OF I-80 DUE TO THE CLEANUP OF AN EARLIER SEMI ACCIDENT..THE 4TH SEMI REAR ENDED THE 3RD TRAILER IN TRAFFIC CAUSING THE SEMI TO CROSS INTO THE WESTBOUND LANES,IT THEN STRUCK THE RTE47 BRIDGE & THE CAB SEPARATED FROM THE TRUCK..AMAZINGLY THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED INTO THE SLEEPER
CAB. THAT SLEEPER CAB LANDED IN THE CENTER MEDIAN OF I-80. THE DRIVER GOT OUT ON HIS OWN & WAS WALKING & TALKING..HE IS EXPECTED TO MAKE A FULL RECOVERY THANKS TO THE GREAT EMEREGENCY RESPONSE BY MORRIS FIRE & RESCUE TO THE SCENE..THEY WERE THERE WITHIN 2 MINUTES & QUICKLY GOT THE DRIVER TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS TREATED
INCREDIBLE ACCIDENT!!!!

unbelievable! i think the guy ejected is more than just lucky" we dont mention him much anymore-but God does intervene sometimes on our behalf & gives us another chance to live .. maybe we'd all be better off to trust him & know where well spend eternity before assuming we'll always make it home jsut one more time'....courtesy& respect plus awareness can go a long way in preventing many accidents...

and it gets closed weekly because some dumb ass was showing off, following to

close, ran off the road or ran into each other while passing. Then you have your

@jamestee007 like your post I am a semi driver.....I am constantly, getting cut off by other vehicles and if I do not pay attention, then they will be run over and become a sad horrible statistic. anyone who leaves a feed back about the trucks let me tell you something. the trucking industry is the most regulated and supervised or job you can have. these gys and gals who drive these trucks have most of the time more miles in a months than you may have in ayear, they are well trained.

I have and see everyday where pickup trucks, luxury cars, sports care and economy cars cut the drivers off at least every 1 or so, these drivers cannot stop these truck that quick.
