Actually no, unjustifiable killing of anyone is forbidden to all including all of the religious people of the past, present and future. The law of killing without justification has never been abrogated from the Laws of The Almighty God.

Muslims does NOT ask demons for help because it is forbidden in Islam to do so. So we only seek the help and forgiveness from God The Master of all creation seen or unseen. You should learn the meaning of the prayer if don't know it yet. Demons are also NOT so blessed with sense of Godliness because they are cursed by God and that's why they are called demons.
