The Island of Mallorca

Shot on August 26, 2008. The video begins as we sail into Palma, Spain. Palma is the capital city of the island of Mallorca, which is one of Spains Balearic Islands. After disembarking the ship I visted the Spanish Village with its small scale reproductions of famous buildings. Next it was over to La Seo Cathedral, the second-largest Gothic cathedral in Spain. We got a nice view of Palma and the Mediterranean from Bellver Castle, an impressive round shaped castle overlooking Palma. The video concludes as we sail away from Palma after our half-day call.
