This is great information. I don't own my house...I decided to rent the house I'm in. My student loans are over the income ratio so I didn't qualify unless I can have at least a year of deferment. I need to get on it ASAP while the mortgage rate is low. I just graduated and I still have a grace period until Jan I think but since I'm not working I hope to get a financial forbearance or unemployment defer.I need to get with a realtor now to see and understand what I need to do.What do you think?

@nomakeupcutie Super late at replying but I think that you should talk to whomever you plan to get the loan from first, then talk to a realtor.
