Who ever created this video learned from a great man. Cesar Chavez would bring out flatbed trailers to the fields and act out plays of the business owners. The only difference here is the technology. This is a prime example of democracy and free speech.

This is America. I am thankful that in our democracy the 1st Amendment is faithfully upheld. It is curious that individuals would claim that taking the time to post a particular point of view through an innovative technology would be evidence of anything other than sharing a point of view. Writing to the newspaper, speaking at a Board meeting, or sharing your voice publically requires preparation time, no one seems to shame those venues. There are truths in this video, talk about that.

As an educator in another district im offeneded by these union members leaving these comments on this video. Dont you know that it looks bad on educators because it makes it look like teachers and union members have plenty of time on their hands . ALL educators have problems in California its not just you COLTON.It sounds like your union is hurting your teachers more than helping. Pull your heads out of the sand Union and help yourselves, my school district did.

Did the union consult the teachers before posting this stupid video?? I understand that they are probably displeased with the current budget but this is not the proper venue to vent these frustrations. What would/will the new school board think when they eventually stumble upon this, seeing as how it is being posted on Facebook? Completely immature and unprofessional. If you think this video is lame, you should see the actual district presentation. I thinkit would consume a lot of one's time if one is technologically challenged. Wow, it appears jasonisaslap1131 is threatening the teachers of CJUSD. "Mrs. Union" only does her job, as does the powerpoint, it tells the TRUTH, not the fairy tale.

@jasonisaslap1113-I wish that "Mrs. Union President" had the power to control the RIF process. That decision belongs to the Board who base their decisions on recommendations from the District. It looks like the District is making recommendations based upon a budget that contradicts their ending balances.
