  • @hiraghm thanks for sharing your thoughts and giving me more views!

  • basically, you'll probably end up in politics. President? (no, too much controversy)

  • @rapidasher09 haaa I hope not. too much pressure!

  • I think this is very sad and concerning. We should all take a part in the fight to help save the community of Congo from devestation and unnatural violence against families who live there. I will definately look into this.......

  • @SpiderBoy992 absolutely! :)

  • Thanks for promoting this charity, it's definitely different and very concerning, I'm going to have to look into it.

  • @nathpollen awesome! it's definitely an interesting issue. I'm glad you're interested! =]

  • @EarthRimRoamer21 - Actually, it's P4A time again, and I'd just come from iJustine's P4A vlog where she's once again pushing Charity Water. I guess I was looking for more of this years vlog entries, and didn't realize this was a year old. The title "The Enough project" seemed intriguing.

  • @Hiraghm Secondly, while I understood long before watching this video that basically all electronics contain conflict minerals, I was simply acknowledging that cell phones are one of many such devices that we can easily live without (and I do) and expressing some level of gratitude for the creation of this video. It gets tiring repeating yourself. Nice to have a handy-dandy video to just link people to. I never claimed to not use any devices containing conflict minerals.

  • @Hiraghm I don't know what's got you so incredibly angry, but you should really chill out. It's ugly and bad for your health. To start with, my comment was a year old. It still holds true, but I don't remember writing it and I don't understand why you're harassing me about it now.

  • @EarthRimRoamer21 - What did you watch this video on, and post your message with, two tin cans and a string? Or didn't you hear her say it's virtually impossible not to have a device with conflict minerals?

  • Have you noticed that the U.S. economy is going through a recession? And you want to regulate and discourage products vital to the health of our economy?

Those PoS have been butchering each other since the Belgians were forced out. In fact, one plantation owner, back when they were being forced out said, "You have to fight the jungle every day; they'll just sit on our porches and let the jungle take over."

Your heart is in the right place. Your head *isn't*.

  • THIS IS A TOTAL CROCK.

Once upon a time, the "Republic of the Congo" was known as "The Belgian Congo." The bastards have been murdering each other ever since the world forced the colonials *out*. The cause of this barbarity is the barbarous PEOPLE of the Congo, not because of Samsung or Apple or HTC.

I notice that you haven't given up YOUR e-toys.

You want to help the Congo? Send in the U.S. marines an conquer it!
