I sure hope to hell that the game actually have the "Feel" of warhammer 40K
from weapon sounds, unique armor designs, and Lore (fluff)

The problem with this is that its just a re-skinned WOW. Games workshop will by it because they slapped the name Warhammer 40k on it. Plus it looks too clean for Warhammer. The setting is supposed to look dark, dank, and evil.

Don't hold out your hopes. They've already announced that they'll be butchering the lore and having two factions of "order" and "disorder" i.e. imperium and eldar vs orks and chaos

According to the latest press releases Dark Millennium is going to be a modified version of the Darksiders engine. So No fps, but a fast paced 3rd person shooter, with abilities and upgradable gear is what it SOUNDS like it is going to be.
So keep your classic mmo format for quests, gear progression and non-combat elements, such as trade, and mounts.
But a whole new combat experience for an mmorpg.
