@iSchmidty13 You need to permanently grow out of asthma and never speak of it after
-
Anyone know the protocol on asthma? I've got it, but I want to be a USAF pilot.

@mjlaclaire If you want to become a civilian commercial pilot, glasses are fine as long as your vision is corrected to 20/20. Contact a FAA AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) for medical details.
US military fighter-pilots and US military transport-pilots have different requirements. Visit: AirForce . com and contact them for current information. Get it from the source.

To be a USAF pilot officer, a BS degree in ANY subject will suffice. If you want to enroll in the USAF Test Pilot School, you will be required to have a degree in one of the engineering sciences.
I know of one who was an English teacher in his early 20's and received a commission in the USN and flew the S-3B Viking.
Stay healthy, clean (no drugs), out-of-trouble, and focused and... you will succeed. Oh, and you need to pass the AFOQT for a pilot slot.

Maintain good grades, at least 3.4 GPA or higher, Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or anything that is "scientific", be a Commissioned Officer, U.S Citizen, score at least 25 on the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test, Pass Flying Class I Physical. If you qualify for everything listed here,Flight Training for you.
