That's totally understandable. Thanks for the response - it makes sense knowing the context of the situation, but I was just surprised to see him using a heated tool.

Yep, my hair color kept coming out until i used Wen. Even conditioner was making my hair color come out. Then i used Wen didn't see any color in the tub anymore. I started to use Wen to save my color.

@tvligress This was a fashion show, and the time pressures of a fashion show don't always allow us to do the look our way. A look we might take 30 minutes or more to do in our salon, often has to be done in two minutes or less at a show. Unfortunately this means heated tools.
