@johntaheri The 6337cc, overhead-cam V8 makes 250 SAE net (300+ bhp gross) and 369 lbs./feet of torque. The 300SEL 6.3 can go from 0 to 60 in just 6 seconds.

Oh, and for all of you who are into Mercedes-Benz classics, check out flikr.com and search for the account of "mercedesmotoring". Those guys are absolutely crazy about old Mercs and restore them with such great passion, they even have been visited and filmed by some people of the Classic Devision of Mercedes Benz and were made part of a documentation about the vintage Mercs.

Question. What make of car would Ariel The Little Mermaid drive to work under the sea? A Mermaides-Benz 300 SL (for Super Legs!) HAHAHA!!! Fantastic, big old car! I don't think I will find a vintage M-B of this sort in a condition anymore pristine than this!
